What Pathey is
Pathey shows AI-generated, informational “routes” — ways you could try to reach a money goal across markets, including, but not limited to, Polymarket, stocks, crypto, and treasuries. Routes are ranked by estimated risk and probability using historical and live market data plus AI-assisted analysis.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Pathey. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. Pathey is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.
You’re also responsible for confirming that using Pathey, and acting on anything it shows you, is lawful where you live. Some routes point to platforms (like Polymarket) that are themselves unavailable or restricted in certain states or countries — that’s determined by those platforms, not by Pathey, and you’re responsible for checking your own eligibility there before acting.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and Pathey is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Routes are informational only. Always do your own research before acting on anything you see here.
AI-generated content
Some routes and their descriptions are generated with AI assistance. We validate the underlying numbers (risk level, whether a route can reach your goal) against our own calculations before showing them to you, but the written descriptions and explanations accompanying a route are not independently fact-checked and may occasionally contain inaccurate or outdated details. Don’t rely on route descriptions as a substitute for checking current terms directly on the platform you’d actually trade or bet on.
How probability is estimated, and what that means for risk
Pathey shows probability differently depending on the type of route, and each type carries a different risk of loss:
- Market-based routes (e.g. Polymarket): the probability shown is a live market price. If the outcome misses, you can lose your entire stake on that route.
- Volatility-based routes (e.g. stocks/ETFs): the probability is estimated from historical price movement and does not assume any particular direction. You generally keep your capital minus any decline in value — this is not an all-or-nothing outcome the way a market-based bet is, but you can still lose money, including some or all of what you put in.
- Yield-based routes (e.g. Treasuries, savings): the figure shown is a stated rate, not a probability, and is near-certain only if held to the stated maturity.
These are estimates based on available data, not predictions or guarantees. Actual outcomes can differ significantly.
Data from third parties
Pathey relies on data pulled from outside sources — including market data providers, official rate publishers, and prediction-market platforms — to calculate and display routes. Some of these sources are unofficial and not covered by a support agreement or uptime guarantee. We don’t control these sources and don’t warrant that the data they provide is accurate, complete, or current. If a data source is delayed, incorrect, or unavailable, routes calculated from it may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable too, and we’re not liable for the result.
No trading or money movement in-app
Pathey does not execute trades or move money on your behalf. Where a route points to an external platform (like Polymarket or a brokerage), tapping through takes you to that platform, where you decide whether to act, at your own risk and subject to that platform’s own terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Pathey may send you alerts about your tracked routes, goal progress, or portfolio changes. Notifications are sent on a best-efforts basis and may be delayed, fail to arrive, or arrive after the event they describe — especially for anything time-sensitive, like a route that’s about to expire or resolve. Don’t rely on a Pathey notification as your only signal to act; check the app or the underlying platform directly if timing matters. We disclaim liability for notifications sent late, not at all, or in error due to technical failure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app or its underlying data or route-generation logic;
- Automate requests to the app outside normal use, or interfere with its operation;
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the terms of any platform a route links to;
- Misrepresent your identity or age, or use the app on behalf of someone under 18.
License and ownership
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Pathey app on a device you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold — we (and our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in the app, including its design, content, trademarks, and underlying technology, except for the limited license granted here. You may not remove any proprietary notices from the app.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about Pathey, you agree we can use it for any purpose — including building it into the app — without any obligation or compensation to you.
App compatibility, updates, and app store terms
Pathey is built for current, generally available mobile operating systems, and some features may not work correctly on older versions. We may require you to update the app to keep using it, and app functionality can vary by device.
If you downloaded Pathey through an app store (like the Apple App Store or Google Play), your use is also subject to that store’s own terms of service. The app store operator is not a party to this agreement and isn’t responsible for the app, for providing support for it, or for any claims relating to it — but it is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
No guarantees; disclaimer of warranties
Markets are unpredictable. Probabilities and expected returns shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees, and past performance of any strategy doesn’t predict future results. You can lose money acting on anything shown in the app.
PATHEY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR ROUTE SHOWN IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHEY AND ITS CREATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANYTHING IT SHOWS — INCLUDING LOSSES FROM ACTING ON A ROUTE ON A THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE’VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WHERE LIABILITY CAN’T BE EXCLUDED, IT’S LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pathey and its creators harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party platform’s terms while acting on a route.
Termination
You can stop using Pathey and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these terms, misrepresented your age or eligibility, or used the app in a way that creates risk for us or other users. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations in these terms survive any termination.
Dispute resolution and governing law
Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us directly — please reach out before filing a claim. Any dispute that can’t be resolved that way will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Pathey each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any action not subject to arbitration will be brought only in state or federal court located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes, general terms, and contact
We may update these terms as the app changes. We’ll let you know about material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Pathey regarding the app and supersede any prior agreements on the subject. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
