Why we built Pathey
We built Pathey because we’re tired of experts telling people what to buy, with picks that rarely pan out. We believe most people would make different decisions with their spare cash and investment capital if they could see the math behind every way to make money. And we wanted a smarter, safer way to invest our own.
Co-founder
I’m a finance guy. I’ve spent my entire career in investments, first at J.P. Morgan and then in private equity. I understand how to invest other people’s money but can find it difficult to allocate my own capital optimally. With new opportunities like prediction markets coming online fast, I needed a platform where I could see every opportunity and rank them based on probabilities and my investment goals.
Co-founder
I’m a senior product engineer with a passion for startups, marketing and app development. I’ve always been fascinated by the stigma that sports betting is a foolish pursuit, while stock trading is reserved for people with degrees and prestige. With Pathey, my goal is to educate people and help them reach their financial goals.
